Individual Student Upload

Both Teacher and Admin accounts are able to add individual students to their classes.

This can be done by navigating to Roster and selecting Student.

Select Add Student.


Enter in the Student's details including:

  • Full Name
  • Email - which will be used as the student's username
  • Password - we recommend recording the password in a secure separate location
  • Class(es)
  • Enter a Parent or guardian’s email if the user is below the age of 13, otherwise un-check the "Below 13 Years" checkbox.


Grades are not used within BIOZONE eBooks. We recommend leaving this field blank.


Students can be added to multiple classes through this method. In the "Assign Classes" dropdown field, hold ctrl or command (ctrl for windows, command for MAC) and then select the classes you wish to assign.


Up to 5 students can be added to the system from the Add Student page. Select Add more to add extra student accounts from this screen.


Once complete, select Save


The new student will appear on the Manage Student's screen.
